3. SECURITY LEVELS & MEASURES

4. MOVEMENT & TRAVEL SECURITY
Pre-trip vehicle check (tires, fuel, tools, first-aid kit).
Always lock doors while driving.

Field staff must carry charged mobile phones with SFP and office numbers saved.
Check-in calls: Departure, arrival at destination, departure from destination, arrival at office.
Use coded messages if under duress (e.g., "The meeting went well" = "I am safe").

Perimeter wall, locked gate, guard 24/7.
Visitor register mandatory.
Emergency first-aid kit and fire extinguishers accessible.
Safe Room: Identify a reinforced room in the office for lockdown situations.
