This Employment Contract ("Contract") is made between:

Human Assistance for Development Initiative (HADI), a non-governmental organization registered in Pakistan, hereinafter referred to as "the Employer", represented by its Board of Directors.

1. POSITION AND DUTIES

The Employee is appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HADI. The CEO is the principal executive officer, responsible for the overall strategic leadership, operational management, programmatic excellence, financial integrity, and representation of HADI. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing visionary leadership to achieve HADI's mission and strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of all projects and programs in Rajanpur and any future operational areas.
  • Leading fundraising, donor relations, and proposal development.
  • Overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and Pakistani law.
  • Serving as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, government authorities, donors, partners, and communities.
  • Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performance senior management team.
  • Ensuring robust accountability, transparency, and safeguarding mechanisms are in place.

2. TERM OF CONTRACT

This Contract shall commence on [Start Date] and shall remain in force until [End Date, Exactly One Year Later], unless terminated earlier as per Clause 7. This Contract is extendable subject to mutual agreement in writing and satisfactory performance appraisal.

3. PLACE OF WORK

The primary place of work shall be the HADI Head Office in Rajanpur, South Punjab. The Employee must undertake frequent travel to field sites, donor meetings, and other locations as required by duties.

4. REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

Monthly Gross Salary: [Amount] PKR.

Benefits: The Employee is entitled to benefits as per HADI's HR Policy for senior management, which may include a vehicle/fuel allowance, communication allowance, annual leave, medical insurance, and provident fund contributions, as detailed in the annexed policy document.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & ETHICS

The Employee shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to HADI's operations, donors, beneficiaries, and internal matters. The Employee shall adhere to HADI's Code of Conduct, Child Protection Policy, Anti-Harassment Policy, and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Policy, both during and after employment.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Any work, document, or intellectual property produced during the employment period shall be the sole property of HADI. The Employee shall not engage in any other employment or activity that conflicts with the interests of HADI without prior written consent from the Board.

7. TERMINATION

By Employer: The Employer may terminate this Contract with three (3) months' written notice or payment in lieu of notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of gross misconduct, negligence, or breach of policy.

  • By Employee: The Employee may terminate this Contract by providing three (3) months' written notice.
  • Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate immediately for material breach of contract.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

  • Building online communities and fostering engagement with donors, partners, and the public.

  • Ensuring all digital content respects the dignity and consent of beneficiaries (especially children) and adheres to branding guidelines.
  • Supporting online fundraising campaigns and donor communication.

2. TERM OF CONTRACT

3. PLACE OF WORK

HADI Head Office, Rajanpur. Limited field travel may be required for content creation.

Misuse of social media that brings HADI into disrepute will be grounds for disciplinary action.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFLICT OF INTEREST

All digital content, graphics, and campaigns created during employment are HADI's property. The Employee shall not manage competing organizational accounts without written consent.

7. TERMINATION

Notice period: One (1) month by either party.

Immediate termination for cause, including policy breach on social media.

3. Place of Work: HADI Head Office, Rajanpur.

4. Remuneration: You will be paid a monthly gross salary of [Amount] PKR.

8. Termination: Your services can be terminated by either party by giving fifteen (15) days' prior notice in writing, or by making payment in lieu of notice. HADI may terminate your services immediately for gross misconduct.

9. Governing Law: This appointment is governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

3. Place of Work & Shifts: You will be posted at the HADI Head Office in Rajanpur. You will be required to work in shifts, including night shifts, as per the duty roster prepared by the administration.
