A. Data Flow Process
Weekly: Field teams collect data on physical Beneficiary Registration Forms and Distribution Logs.
Post-Event: Data entry clerk inputs forms into Airtable (Beneficiary Table & Distribution Events).
Daily: Plant stock updated in Airtable Inventory as distributions occur.
Monthly 25th: Airtable data is exported and consolidated into the Master Excel Dashboard for analysis.
Monthly 28th: MER Officer generates the Monthly Progress Report (narrative + dashboard) using the Excel template.

IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP
